
CountyLoop Fundraising Application
Welcome! You're on your way to raising funds for your cause through a CountyLoop fundraiser.
We collaborate with various organizations for fundraisers. Here are some of our favorites:
- K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom)
- University Groups (Intramural Sports, Greek Life, College Radio)
- Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)
- Libraries and Community Centers
- Non-Profits (American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters, United Way)
- Church Groups (Summer Camps, Missions, and More!)
- Food and Sustainable Agriculture Groups (Future Farmers, Community Gardens, 4-H)
If your request fits one of these categories (or something similar) and meets the following guidelines, submit an application using the link below. While we’d love to support everyone, we can’t accommodate all requests. If approved, we’ll contact you shortly.
Application Requirements & Eligibility
We require at least Two to Three weeks’ notice to schedule your event, ensuring Local Representatives are prepared and giving you time to promote your fundraiser!
To qualify for fundraiser donations:
- Beneficiary's must:
- Have a Valid Tax ID #, Social Security #, or W-9.
- The Organizer must be the age of 18 or older
- have an unexpired government-issued photo ID
- have a bank account in the United States
- A $150 minimum event sales threshold is required to receive donations from the event.
